How quickly are the products shipped out?

All orders for team stores are processed together the day following the date it was ordered. Our industry leading turnaround time from store closing to delivery is 7 business days. For orders with customization, please add an additional two business days.  Business days are defined as Monday thru Friday with the exception of federal holidays. 

TEAM STORES:  All orders for team stores are processed together the day following the close date.  If you paid for shipping during a TEAM STORE order, the order will be shipped the same day the orders are delivered, regardless of shipping service ordered.  

My team store initial order is over, when will my order be shipped?
We process everyday orders within 7 business days. Shipping times vary from 2-4 days and cannot be guaranteed once they are in the hands of the carrier.

Will I be notified that my order has shipped?
Once your order is shipped,  you will receive an email or text notification with a shipment tracking number as well as the estimated delivery date.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a mistake was made in production or a manufacture defect. A request must be made in writing as well as pictures provided.  If a return or exchange is approved, we will notify you in writing. If you have do not have a return authorization in writing from us, your return is not approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized goods are exempt from being returned.

Items cannot be returned if not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days defined by your financial institution.

Exchanges  (if applicable) 

Exchanges are on an approved basis only.  Email sales@fidgetyfan.com to get another approval.
