Returns / Exchanges
Team Stores are a made to order products. We can not offer you a refund unless a mistake was made by us or there is an error in the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customized goods with names and or numbers are never approved to be returned.
Items cannot be returned if not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error, or beyond 30 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are on an approved basis only. Email email@example.com to get another approval.

The items must be postmarked through any mail provider and cannot be dropped off at the location.
Once received, we will process the return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
